·         Benkal/Home Appliances Shelving System is a total solution design that is manufactured by Taqaddom. It guarantees total flexibility according to customer’s needs and latest international recommendations (25 mm system). It is subject to a quality management system meeting the technical and engineering requirements and International specifications.

·         All our metal products are painted with Electrostatic Powder Coating (EPOXY) using a special automatic painting system; this has curing and stoving ovens after 4 stages of cleaning by special chemical materials, hot water, Phosphate and DI water.

• Benkal Uprights are made of metal squared pipes 50/50 mm, 2 mm thick.
• Uprights are provided with special perforations in order to connect legs (25-60 cm long) made of CR metal sheet of 1.8 mm thick. The upright and the leg are both provided with adjustable 12 mm feet to balance it firmly on the floor.
• These legs are 20 cm high, it carries the bottom shelf, and holds the bottom panel.
• Benkal Uprights are perforated in the front side every 25 mm, according to the latest designs in the world. The top side of the upright has a plastic cap on the top.
• Uprights can either be mounted to the wall (single side), or installed in the middle as (double-sided) arrangement.
• Shelves are provided with triple side bends to guarantee safety and work efficiency.
• Shelves are made of CR metal sheets, 1 mm thick, provided with reinforcement metal bar(s) welded in the middle of the shelf by automatic “Spot Welding” machines.

·         Shelves are quite flexibly assembled or disassembled by pressing it firmly over its right and left consoles, it can be installed quickly and easily.

·         Shelves are provided with side bends in order to be installed over the consoles firmly, quickly and easily.

·         Shelves have round bends in the back to guarantee safety and work efficiency

·         Shelves can be decorated with a front edge as a label slot for labelling, sorting and pricing.

·         Each shelf can carry up to 100 kg of distributed weight.

·         Consoles (triangles) are the holders of the shelves; they are 2 models:

• Double: made of CR steel of 1.8 mm thick where every 2 shelves share 1 console, it has 8 joining notches connected through the perforated holes inside the column, and 6 small notches for safety.
• Single: made of CR steel of 3 mm thick where each shelf is independent, it has 4 joining notches connected through the perforated holes inside the column, and 3 small notches for safety.

·         Consoles can carry loads of more than 300 kg.

• Double sided arrangement is equipped with partitioning sheets, which is connected between each 2 uprights. It joins the uprights together firmly and protects the uprights and whole system from swivelling or collapsing. At the same time it prevents goods from mixing up.
• Partitioning sheets are made of separation sheets of 40 cm and 60 cm height, 1 mm thick steel, can be perforated in order to give nice and stylish finish or for hanging products using wire hooks.
